Good day ladies and gents, well i guess i will start today's blog with the fact that i have been just awful in my last few betting selections. I know the point of this blog is to give you spread betting information that you could use, but its kind of hard to follow someone that is in a slump(so to speak). Like i have stated in the past its not a sprint but a long marathon and there will be some ups and downs. I think that the best spread betting guide that you can give yourself is to stay with your game plan no matter how choppy the water may get. In the past i have read of people who get frustrated and start to change the way they Handicapp, well this is a recipe for disaster because you could end up chasing your own tail like a confused puppy. And the most important thing to remember about spread betting in general is that you must practice money management and never go all in on a certain play just to get it all back. I will continue to try and climb out of this little hole i have made myself, and see how much fun i can have in the process. I also would like to congratulate the San Diego Chargers for showing us the true "Super Chargers" that we all come to expect(better late than never). And once again the Indianapolis Colts have fallen victim to their biggest thorn in their side in the last few years, its must be a mental thing with this team whenever they play the Chargers. i also like to congratulate the L.A. Kings for actually scoring goals last night, the only problem was i was against them this time and they burned me, one thing i have noticed about this team is that their games seem to always go under the total, so its something to keep in mind the next time they play. Ok guys once again we have another big game here and once again the public is heavily favoring one side, you guessed it the Ravens side. This is all due in part to the thumping the Ravens gave the Dolphins in week 7 when they went into Miami and beat them 27-13. So now everyone thinks this will happen again and have bet the farm and the wife and kids on Baltimore. One thing about the NFL it is hard to beat someone 2 times in one year just ask the Patriots that about the Giants.

Guys real quick I'm going with Minnesota here for the fact that the eagles are way too inconsistent and have a tendency to go cold offensively. I still don't understand why the eagles are favored but I'm going with the better running game and home field.
